Resource research volunteer

Keep our resource library accurate: verify hotlines, clinic details, medication assistance programs and eligibility rules.

Out-of-date information wastes the time of people who have very little left to spend. This role keeps every listing we publish traceable to a source we checked ourselves.

What you will do

Check that listed services still exist, and that phone numbers and hours are current
Record eligibility rules and costs exactly as the provider states them
Draft short plain-language summaries of what each service actually offers

What we ask of you

Careful, detail-oriented research habits
Willing to cite a source for every fact recorded
Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared documents
