Assistance and navigation
Prescription medication assistance
The MindBridge Health may help qualifying individuals cover the cost of prescribed behavioral health medications and other medically appropriate behavioral health-related expenses when cost or insurance coverage creates a barrier.
- Medication assistance requires an active prescription from an appropriately licensed professional.
- Assistance is based on established charitable eligibility criteria, available funding, program requirements, provider availability, and individual circumstances.
- Medication coverage is not automatic and not every medication or cost can be covered.
- Medication decisions remain between the individual and their licensed prescriber.
- This website does not provide prescribing advice.
Specific covered medications are not listed publicly until the organization approves a formal medication-assistance policy.
Program details
Eligibility criteria, covered medication categories, participating pharmacies, coverage limits, approval periods and renewal steps are set by the organization's formal medication-assistance policy and are explained in writing when a request is approved. They are not published here until that policy is final.
If cost is keeping you from a prescribed medication, submit a support request and the team will explain what is currently available.
Local provider access
Care closer to home
The MindBridge Health may connect eligible individuals with qualified independent mental health practices near where they live, or through telehealth, and help pay for approved services.
Where distance, provider shortages, or specialization make it the better fit, we may connect eligible individuals with an independent practice in their community or through telehealth, and help pay for approved services.
A service is only funded when it is covered under the organization's current program rules at the time of approval.
Services that may be funded
- Psychiatric care
- Therapy and psychotherapy
- Medication management
- Psychological and behavioral health assessments
- ADHD evaluations
- Substance use treatment

- Other approved behavioral health services
How referral and payment work
- 01Identifying a qualified independent provider.
- 02Confirming that the provider offers the needed service.
- 03Confirming provider credentials and eligibility to participate.
- 04Receiving the individual's authorization to coordinate care.
- 05Approving specific services, appointment limits, or funding amounts.
- 06Paying the provider or pharmacy according to an approved agreement or invoice.
- 07Reviewing whether additional funded services are appropriate.
Provider agreements, reimbursement rates, individual information, and internal approval criteria are not published.
Approved practices
No practices are listed publicly yet. Listings appear here only once the organization has reviewed and approved them, with practice and provider name, credentials, specialties, populations served, location, telehealth availability, languages, accessibility accommodations, services approved for nonprofit funding, accepting-referrals status, and verification date.
This is a reviewed referral list, not a contracted provider network. Independent providers appear here only after the organization has reviewed and approved the listing.
- Assistance is based on established charitable eligibility criteria, available funding, program requirements, provider availability, and individual circumstances.
- The MindBridge Health may set limits on medications, visits, treatment duration, or total financial support.
- Independent providers remain responsible for their own clinical decisions and services.
- A referral does not guarantee that a provider will accept the individual.
- We do not guarantee a particular prescription, diagnosis, clinician, appointment time, or outcome.
- Crisis and emergency needs are handled through our crisis-support pathway.
