Connect with the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

You do not need to be suicidal to contact 988. Trained crisis counselors can support people experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, substance-use concerns, relationship difficulties, loneliness, or concern for someone else.

Dial or text the three digits 9-8-8 from any phone in the United States. The chat option opens the 988 Lifeline website.
