Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and using the site does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Submitting a form does not mean care has been arranged; it means we have received your request and will follow up as we are able.

This website is intended for people seeking information about mental health support, for those acting on behalf of someone who needs support, and for partners, volunteers, and donors. It is not directed at children.

Where a request concerns someone under 18, it should be submitted by a parent, guardian, or an authorized professional. By using the site you confirm that you are able to lawfully enter into this agreement, or that a parent or legal guardian is doing so on your behalf.

Any account that signs in to staff areas is created by an administrator. There is no public sign-up. If you hold a staff account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and any verification codes confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Temporary passwords issued to you must be replaced with a password of your own at first sign-in. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact us immediately so we can suspend access.

When you submit information through a form, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right and authority to share it with us, including any health-related details about another person.

You grant The MindBridge Health a limited license to use the information you submit to respond to your request, coordinate any support or referrals you have asked about, keep required records, and operate and protect the site. Health-related details you include are treated as sensitive information, as described in our privacy policy.

You should not include more information than a form asks for, and you should avoid sharing details that are not needed for your request.

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Some sections are clearly marked as pending while the underlying information is being confirmed; those figures should not be relied on until they are published as final. External resources are listed for convenience and are operated by other organizations, and their details may change without our knowledge.

Donations are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are entered directly into the provider's secure form and are never stored on our systems. We receive a confirmation of the payment, the amount, and a reference so we can issue an acknowledgment and keep required financial records.

Gifts are generally not refundable. If a gift was made in error, contact us and we will review it. Recurring (monthly) gifts continue until you cancel them; contact us to change or cancel a recurring gift, and allow a reasonable time for the cancellation to take effect.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. An acknowledgment for tax purposes is issued for verified payments. If you choose to give anonymously, we will not publish your name alongside your gift.

Parts of this site depend on third parties, including payment processing, website hosting, and analytics. These services operate under their own terms and policies, and we do not control how they handle information beyond what our agreements with them allow.

Links to other websites, including external resources, are provided for information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.
