Care navigation and referral
We help you find a qualified, licensed mental health provider and work out the practical steps to your first appointment.
Most people who contact us are not short of motivation. They are short of a clear route to a provider who has capacity, accepts their situation, and is affordable. Care navigation is the work of finding that route with you.
We look at what you need, where you are, what coverage you do or do not have, and which providers we work with are realistically available. If nothing we hold is a fit, we say so and point to other services rather than leaving you waiting.
A referral is not a guarantee that a provider will accept a new patient, and we do not make clinical decisions. Independent licensed professionals remain responsible for their own care.
How to begin
- 01Submit a support request telling us what kind of care you are looking for.
- 02A coordinator reviews your request, your barriers to care, and your location.
- 03We identify licensed providers or community resources that fit, and share how to reach them.
- 04We follow up to check whether contact was made and whether further help is needed.
Referral requirements
No referral needed. Family members, clinicians, and community organizations may also request on someone's behalf with their consent.
